Bijnor, UP - In a disturbing incident captured on video in Bijnor, a group of individuals were seen forcefully smearing Holi colors on two Muslim women, leading to widespread outrage and the arrest of one person. The Bijnor Police have issued a stern warning, stating that stringent measures will be taken against those engaging in such coercive acts under the guise of Holi festivities.
The video, which swiftly spread across social media platforms, shows a motorcyclist being halted by several revelers who then proceed to apply colors to the women riding pillion, despite their clear resistance. This act of aggression prompted the Bijnor Police to intervene.
Following the incident, which occurred on Saturday as the victims were en route to a local pharmacy, law enforcement officials utilized CCTV footage to identify and detain three additional suspects involved in the harassment.
